Completed in 2008, the Axis was the first luxury high rise condominium built in downtown San Jose, California. This 22-story, 645,000 sq ft tower has a total of 328 condominium units with the ground level comprised of live-work units. Amenities for the residents include a landscaped terrace with a swimming pool, spas, and a cabana. The solid concrete entrance arch and large-scale light fixtures on the street level parapet create a welcoming and upscale approach to the residential tower.

This project was completed at Ankrom Moissan Associated Architects by a design team led by C2K Architecture Principals, Kevin Sauser and John Wright, and Associate Principal, Nathan Miller.
