Completed in 2014, for luxury theater operator, Cinetopia, this 17-screen, 2-story, 76,000 sq ft project is located at Lions Gate, in the entertainment district of Overland Park, Kansas. The multiplex includes theaters, restaurant, wine and sports bars, commercial kitchen, concessions, art gallery and a virtual movie tunnel. The theaters range from intimate parlor-sized spaces, to large format GXL auditoriums. All of the auditoriums were custom furnished with luxurious seating, state-of-the-art technology and clean, modern finishes.
