Completed in 2018, this tenant improvement for Studio One Theaters in Southeast Portland, Oregon, converted a 12,000 sq ft retail space in an existing multi-tenant building into a seven-screen luxury movie theater with full-service restaurant, bar, and stage for live music performances. Individual theaters are designed with living room style-seating for a comfortable and intimate viewing experience. Each auditorium is themed to represent a different major city around the world. High-end furnishings and accessories complete the world-traveler aesthetic.
