TOWNSHIP 9 (T-9)

Township 9 is an emerging district on the north side of Sacramento, bordering the American River. The vision for the area is to create a pedestrian-friendly community supported by a light rail connection to the city center. It is a multi-acre, multi-phase project set to be developed over the next decade, offering a variety of housing types, office spaces, and urban retail experiences. C2K Architecture conducted studies across four sites of various mixed-use, multi-family housing typologies to analyze the feasibility of different development scenarios.
