VALLEY TITLE SITE

San Jose, California

The Valley Title site is situated just two blocks away from the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in downtown San Jose, CA. Initially, C2K Architecture conducted a study for the site, exploring the possibility of constructing several residential towers above a podium structure housing an amenity deck, parking garage, and retail space. Subsequently, a second study was conducted to examine the possibility of creating stronger connections from the site to surrounding areas through urban paseos and plazas. The study proposed the addition of an office tower, podium structure, and below-grade parking garage.
