These three mixed-use buildings, 4-stories tall, total 131,400 sq ft and contain 149 residential units in addition to 3 retail spaces, a community room, amenity deck, bike storage room, and fitness center. The on-site surface parking is positioned behind the buildings to preserve the pedestrian aesthetic of the greenways and central plaza of the neighborhood. Together, these buildings were intended to wrap the three sides of the town square and complete the Villebois Master plan in Wilsonville, Oregon.
